The Council of Community Association Professionals…

is an independent council of highly-respected industry professionals who have extensive experience in a variety of businesses related to Association-governed communities.  All of our CCAP members have earned excellent reputations on national or regional levels, in all the industry-related positions they have held . CCAP members will be responsible for 1/3 of the online final voting process. The implementation of an independent council ensures fairness, eliminates the possibility of favoritism, and adds to the prestigious nature of the contest. The winners of each year’s contest will serve on CCAP for a one year term.
